During the winter semester, foreign students from the Faculty of Croatian Studies and other components of the University of Zagreb attended the course "Croatian for Non-Native Speakers 1".
Throughout the winter semester, students from various countries such as Italy, Spain, Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, France, Finland, and Austria participated in the course. In addition to usual activities, they also engaged in a virtual exchange with students of Croatian studies from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland.
The virtual exchange includes activities aimed at developing intercultural dialogue and social skills (soft skills) among youth across Europe and the world using digital learning tools. An inseparable part of modern foreign language teaching also includes (inter)cultural content and the acquisition of intercultural competence.
After ten weeks of working on the project, the teams presented the results of the project.
Congratulations to both the Croatian and Polish teams, and we look forward to new projects and collaborations!
